When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, and timestamps
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens for delivering push notifications (FCM tokens)
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, and access times
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Sign-In Services: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email
- Payment Processors: RevenueCat, Apple, and Google provide subscription status (not payment details)

- Create and manage your account
- Process and track your habits and progress
- Send push notifications for support requests and reminders
- Notify your designated Supporters when you request support
- Process subscription payments and manage your subscription

- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
3.1 Your Supporters
When you send a support request, your designated Supporters receive a notification containing your name and the fact that you've requested support. They do not receive your detailed habit data or history unless you explicitly share it.
3.2 Service Providers
We work with third-party services that help us operate the Service:
- Firebase (Google): Push notifications, authentication, and analytics
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- Amazon Web Services: Cloud hosting and data storage
- Email Service Providers: Sending transactional emails
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it to provide services to us.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will still send you transactional emails related to your account.
7. Children's Privacy
thruu is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@thruu.app and we will delete that information.
8. United States Only
thruu is intended for use only within the United States. By using the Service, you confirm that you are located in the United States. We do not intentionally collect information from or direct the Service to individuals outside of the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
9. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
