Welcome to thruu! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the thruu mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Simplify It LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using thruu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

thruu is a habit tracking and support application designed to help users manage cravings, track progress, and receive support from trusted individuals ("Supporters"). The Service includes:

• Habit and craving tracking features
• Progress visualization and statistics
• Support request functionality to notify designated Supporters
• Push notifications
• Premium subscription features

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use thruu. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using thruu, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of thruu, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

thruu offers both free and premium subscription plans. For premium subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

5. Supporter Feature

thruu allows you to designate trusted individuals as Supporters who can receive notifications when you request support. By using this feature:

• You confirm you have permission to share your information with designated Supporters
• You understand that Supporters will receive push notifications and/or emails when you request support
• You are responsible for managing your Supporter list
• We are not responsible for the actions or responses of your Supporters

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

7. Health Disclaimer

We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Any information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simplify It LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to thruu (such as notes or habit data). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• At your request
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Discontinuation of the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLIFY IT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simplify It LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
